Two bedrooms with the master bedrom on the main level and a spiral staircase leads you into a large loft (17' x 18') guest sleeping area with two twin long boy beds, which can be easily converted into one king size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed. The lower bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. #203 is tastefully decorated with custom tile, and floor to ceiling plate mirrors.  This unit now has a PC desktop computer along with a  wireless connection for people who bring their own laptop computers.  Hoyochi Nikko units are equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, VCR, CD player, and well stocked kitchens.

ALL MAUI LODGING UNITS ARE NON SMOKING!

Nightly Rate:  $185  per night

Rates do not include 11.42% Hawaii Tax 
Reservations for Christmas/New Years have a 10 night minimum
Rates are for 1 to 2 people.  $10 per night per additional person..  Maximum 4 people.

The Fine Print -- Please Read
• $500 (Discover, Visa or Master Card) deposit required to reserve a unit. 
• Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations cancelled (in writing) more than 60 days prior to arrival are refunded $450 of the $500 deposit.
• Guests are responsible for breakage, soiling, burns, breakage and stains.  A $300 credit card authorization is placed at check-in and removed at check-out unless damages are done by the guests.  
• Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit payments unless dates are re-booked.
• 10 night minimum stay required for Christmas/New Year and President's Day holidays booked more than 2 months prior.
• All stays under 7 nights have a one time surcharge ($95 for a studio or 1 bedroom/1 bath, $125 for all others).
• ALL MAUI LODGING UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING!!  Including the lanai and balcony.  A $300 min. surcharge for violating smoking rule.
• Prices quoted are for 1-2 people in a one bedroom, 1-4 people in a two bedroom.  Additional people where allowed are $10 per night per person extra.  Children under six (6) months are not charged on the extra person charges.
• Discounts offered for stays of three weeks or longer.
• Rates do not include state and local taxes which total 11.42%
• Once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if your vacation days can be re-sold. For that reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
